Project Manager (Telecommute)

An exciting new Project Manager position has arisen that we are eagerly reviewing candidates for.​

Additionally, this is a telecommute position.​ If offered the position, you will be sent a computer and phone.​

  • PMP Certification required
  • Relevant BA Degree required
  • At least 5 years of project management experience
  • MS Office Product Suite Expertise
  • IBM Share Point expertise
  • Prior Retail Credit Risk Experience is highly desired
  • Prior experience in Operational Risk, Internal Audit, Compliance, Vendor Management, Purchasing/​Procurement, and Banking Regulations also highly desired


  • facilitate project meetings including scheduling meetings, tracking attendance, recording minutes, decisions, action items, and risks
  •  develop and manage the overall project plan
  • drive the creation of project Terms of Reference and other supporting documentation
  •   create project status reports and executive summary reporting
  •  develop methodology and apply project status using Red, Amber and Green color codes to signify overall status
  •   identify project dependencies through engagement with project participants and stakeholders
  •   drive develop of contingency plans to deal with risks
  •   follow up with project team member to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
  •   facilitate development and contribute in the creation of process flows, procedure documents, and business facing guidance
