[Co's] technical foundation is Ruby on Rails. For this role, if you’re an expert in Ruby on Rails, then that is an advantage, but it’s not a requirement.

Job’s Mission: Develop [Co.] website, build and design API’s to enable others to plug into the website, and develop mobile applications.

The must-have’s:
- Demonstrated experience as a Web Developer using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proven expert-level knowledge and experience with at least one development language. (Preferably Ruby, but others are ok too – we value passion.)
- Experience with test-driven development.
- Must have excellent OO fundamentals.
- Experience in Mac, Unix, and/or Linux environments.

Other ideal attributes:
- Test infected and object obsessed.
- Experience with leading edge web application design and development in a similar work environment.
- Experience with scalability and deploying to a cluster in the cloud.
- Awesome Ruby on Rails skills give you a definite edge, but a strong passion to learn is also highly valued.
- Interest in API design and mobile applications development (in particular iPhone and Android).

A college degree is not required.
