We are [Company], a small web design / development firm in High Point, NC. We are looking to expand our team of contract designers / developers to increase productivity. This is a contract position / paid internship position. Here are the requirements…

Web Designer
- Web design skills!! Your skills should be that of junior to art-director level in a standard design/marketing/advertising firm.
- We need to see your portfolio!! It is the only way to tell what you are capable of!! We prefer for this to be online and you can get an idea of what kind of portfolio we are looking for by looking at ours – [See URL below.] It does not have to be of the same level, but within the same ballpark!!
- Photoshop. You must be able to produce a layered, standards-based web design within photoshop.

Front-end Web Developer
- Ability to slice up a layered PSD to create a XHTML / CSS layout
- Proficiency in standards-based XHTML & CSS. NO TABLES ALLOWED HERE!! Unless dictated by the content.
- Javascript / Jquery proficiency is a plus!!
- Working knowledge of Blueprint / 960 Grid CSS frameworks are a plus!! We design everything for these 2 frameworks.
- Links to code samples.
