Solutions is currently seeking telecommute call center agents internationally. The essential function of this position within the organization is to provide level 1 interview phone support for our incoming callers. Our company provides full training and support, so no experience is needed. Agent must be willing to work a minimal of 10 hours per week during normal business hour from their home office and must have a telephone, and computer with a reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities

  • Answer a high volume of calls concerning HR interviews and company training
  • Assisted incoming callers with their company and training questions
  • Input all verified and confirmed information, during interview calls
  • Record all incoming caller information for followup calls
  • Follow up with HR manager with incoming caller interview feedback

Requirements

  • Must have 1-2 years phone support/customer services experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet Applications and general computer skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, results-oriented, organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Leadership skills Attributes, ambitious, enthusiastic, Self-motivated, Proactive
