Responsibilities:
* As part of the Health Services team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing initiatives that drive better cost and quality outcomes.
* Collaborating with our Clinical Analytics Team, many business partners and other Six Sigma-certified professionals in the planning, designing, and accomplishing of key projects and programs.
* Managing projects that reduce medical costs savings, improve quality and drive operational efficiency.
* Managing cross functional project teams in a highly matrixed organization.
* Developing timelines, assigning resources, monitoring roadblocks and maintaining project budgets.
* Delivering presentations summarizing project findings to the Senior Leadership team and other executive audiences.

* Undergraduate degree, MBA preferred
* A minimum of 5 years of experience with at least 2 years of black belt experience
* Six Sigma Black Belt certification required
* Experience developing process improvements
* Experience creating & developing reports
* Strong cross functional leadership skills
* Advanced software skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to deal with ambiguity and drive results through leadership and persistence
* Healthcare industry experience preferred
* SQL or VBA Preferred
