One Full Hour with the Management Team

Sylvie will spend up to an hour with you, analyze your needs, and together, you can come up with the best action plan for your Project Facilitation team to follow. The company’s Lead Project Manager will join the session to help advise on how to translate “executive level strategy” into the best ways to deal with freelancers. And, if Michel Fortin is needed on the session, to advise on copywriting issues and strategic planning, he will join in as well.

This session can be booked at any time, and you can book as often as you need to, throughout the entire project life cycle.

Permanent access to the session recording

You and your project facilitator can access the session recording as often as you need to, for as long as you need to. If you need to relay information to your assistants, freelancers, or your own team, you can direct them to watch the video and get up to speed on the strategies discussed during the session.

Accelerated Strategic Action Plan (A.S.A.P.) Report

After the session, and based on the executive level decisions made during the session, our Lead Project Manager will draft your A.S.A.P. Report within 2 – 4 business days of each session. This report will be provided to you, and if you have a Project Facilitation account with us, it will be provided to your Project Facilitator.

This report is your project’s “bottom line” that covers the step by step actions that will need to be done in the next few days, weeks, or months, in order of priority.

This document is your project plan in a nutshell, providing you and your team with a clear picture of what needs to get done, and your estimated budgets for each Phase of the project.

1. New Clients: If you do not have have Project Facilitation account with us, then our price for all that’s included above is $500 per one hour session.
