Paralegals Needed Work From Home (North San Diego) [CA]

Qualified Paralegals needed. 3+ years experience in family, personal injury and contract law. Must have CA code experience as applied to family, personal injury and contract law. Must have familiarity with CA Evidence Codes and CA Pleadings and Practice. Will be preparing and responding to judgments, pleadings, discovery, orders, declarations and legal forms. MUST have experience working with CA court system, court personnel and have working knowledge of calendaring dates and adhering to legal deadlines. Must be conscientious and have xlnt writing and proofreading skills.
