Joomla Expert Needed (Greater Bay Area) [SF, CA]

I am a local designer (with an excellent client list) looking to establish a long term relationship with a seasoned Joomla professional. I have a two large projects starting as early as Monday. In addition, I’m ready to Joomlaize a 4 page non-profit site, which I think would serve as a great “get to know you”.

Specifically I need the following:
-convert my design flats into templates
-set up the framework with necessary extensions
-the ability to integrate 3D and Flash
-test on the back end
-move sites to client server, if necessary
-provide guidance on how to better design for the Joomla framework

Those interested must be organized, excellent communicators and tolerant of those not as tech savvy (but willing to learn.)
Working off-site is great, although an occasional face to face will be necessary.
