Intern/Personal Assistant-Entertainment Industry (Work from Home)

Music & Entertainment Magazine is seeking an intern to work as a PERSONAL
ASSISTANT. This is a work from home position. Preferably someone with an
Entertainment, Media, and/or Journalism background Must be available some evenings/nights. Must have flexible hours and be open to travel when
needed.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not an office position, you will be working from home
however with this internship you will be eligible for a quarterly stipend.

Must have a laptop or desktop, be computer literate, and able to work with
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Experience with Mac
products is desirable.
This internship is part-time 10-20 hours (2-3 days a week to start) I am
willing to work around class schedules for the IDEAL CANDIDATE.

CANDIDATES must be very open-minded, sociable, outgoing, and able to
assist with creative tasks including but not limited to:

Communications tasks:
Updating website, social media pages, checking and responding to emails -
phone calls etc.
Marketing tasks: Preparing mailers, flyers, researching promotional
materials etc.
Organizing tasks: Filing, maintaining calendar, etc.
Must have own reliable transportation.
