Executive / Personal Assistant for New Business (Scottsdale) [AZ]

Looking for an exceptional executive/personal assistant to help me with the start-up of a new law practice — the proverbial right-hand man or woman. Responsibilities will include dealing with and scheduling vendors, assistance in hiring of addiitonal professional staff, purchasing, marketing, procurement and various administrative tasks. Candidates must be truly motivated, self-starting, resourceful individuals who routinely think out of the box, have good problem-solving abilities, and are willing to do whatever leg work is necessary in order to get the job done. Flexible work hours. Do not need to be in the office to do much of what needs to be done. At this time, this is part-time, and potentially short-term, position. You will be given the opportunity to make this into a full-time position, however, by consistently doing a great job and making yourself indispensable. Experience working in a law office is not required, but you must have demonstrated success working in this type of position in the past. If you are interested and qualified, please send your resume and a brief description of your availability.

      Hi Peggy,

No. It’s expired. It’s dated April last year. Don’t know how housekeeping missed it, but I’ll archive it right now. Sheesh, ya just can’t get good help nowadays.

Hope we didn’t get your hopes up. Good luck in your search for work!
