Admissions Director for Online Professional School

We are a new Psychology Graduate distance learning school. Our unique programs include MA, Psy.D and a BA psychology major. The Director of Admissions is responsible for recruiting and admitting students. This is an exciting position that offers growth potential. The position is part-time (up to 20 hours per week) with availability on a daily basis. You will be able to work from your home on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

-Respond and track incoming leads

-Make out-going phone calls to prospective student leads (no cold calls)

-Assist with and or develop marketing strategy

-Train and supervise admission representatives

-Ability to answer technical admission questions

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree or higher: Preferably in Psychology

-2 years experience as an Admission’s Representative or Director of Admissions at the university level.

-Must have Sales experience with Excellent closer ability.

-Effective communication skills and a persuasive personality

-Detail oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.

-Call Center Management experience

-Familiar with Distance Learning Programs

-Reside in Southern California
