Job Description:
To provide residence customers with troubleshooting assistance, excellent customer service experience over the phone as well as educate the customers of additional services for up sell opportunities.
Each client of ours will have their own specific job responsibilities that we must deliver. The job description will be discussed during the phone interview with all qualified candidates
Hours of Availability: Must be flexible to work shifts between the hours of 8 am to 12 am-Monday – Sunday,
Employees hired in this position will be allowed certain flexibility, depending on program requirements, in scheduling to promote a better work/life balance.
