Customer Service Representative (Madison)

We are a rapidly growing company in the electronic payment space. The majority of our customers are school districts that use our software to take payments from parents for hot-lunch, school fees, donations etc. Customer service people at our company perform a variety of tasks:
-Set up accounts for new customers
-Train new customers
-Answer phone calls and emails from schools that need help
-Answer phone calls and emails from parents that need help

Compared to other customer service positions, our representatives do a number of different things which we are told makes our position a lot more interesting than the typical customer service job. You are definitely not on the phone answering calls all day. This is a work from home position. Once we train you, you will work from home. Also, this position is for six hours per day with a shift starting at 1pm and going through 7pm local time.

Requirements:
-High school graduate
-At least two years of college
-Adept at using common office software and web services
-Willingness to learn quickly
-Conscientious worker who does not need to be monitored constantly
-High speed internet in your home
-Your own computer in your home
-Quiet place in which to do your work each day in your home
-Able to commit to working 1pm to 7pm each day

While these are our requirements some are flexible for strong candidates.

We will train you and supply you with an internet phone. You will use our internet phone (connected to your high speed internet) to answer phone calls, return phone calls, and make calls to other company employees. The phone and all calls are paid for by the company.
