About the Job
Customer Service Representative.
The successful candidates will be responsible for answering potential members’ questions and will support existing employees’ initiatives. The candidates will work, at home, through our virtual call center, and will handle support requests via our proprietary contact management software. The candidates will be able to handle questions, complaints, billing inquires and requests with the highest degree of professionalism and courtesy. The candidates will also work collaboratively with various internal departments by communicating requests and coordinating any actions necessary to resolve customer needs and/or issues. In this role the candidates will work closely with the field staff to support their sales roles.
Candidates must be detail oriented, enthusiastic team players – possess exceptional communication and problem solving skills, and be self-starters.
