About the Job

Customer Service Representative.​

The successful candidates will be responsible for answering potential members’ questions and will support existing employees’ initiatives.​ The candidates will work, at home, through our virtual call center, and will handle support requests via our proprietary contact management software.​ The candidates will be able to handle questions, complaints, billing inquires and requests with the highest degree of professionalism and courtesy.​ The candidates will also work collaboratively with various internal departments by communicating requests and coordinating any actions necessary to resolve customer needs and/​or issues.​ In this role the candidates will work closely with the field staff to support their sales roles.​

Candidates must be detail oriented, enthusiastic team players – possess exceptional communication and problem solving skills, and be self-starters.​
