Customer Service Rep
Location: Telecommuting after 6 weeks onsite in Drums, PA

We have an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Representatives (NSS) in our Drums, PA office. You will be trained extensively on our online products. After training, you will provide an outstanding experience to our customers by resolving their concerns and providing solutions, up-selling them on new and exciting products and helping retain their business.

Job Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound customer calls during scheduled hours providing an excellent customer experience at all times
* Achieve productivity related targets including sales and revenue objectives, average handle time, log in time, available time, schedule adherence, closures and quality measures
* Keep updated on all developments and changes, taking ownership to obtain and learn all information provided via print and the intranet
* Use all proprietary database, web and telephony tools effectively, reporting faults to helpdesk or supervisors as soon as they occur
* Discuss call monitoring feedback with supervisor in order to improve performance
* Actively support, at all times, company policy and best practices in the area of security, with special emphasis on the protection of sensitive customer information
* Provide additional support to the supervisor including administrative tasks, special projects, coaching new hires, and report analysis as needed
Requirements
* High School degree required. Some college preferred.
* Basic understanding of Internet principles, terminology and functionality
* Typing skills of 20 wpm
* Experience and skills including Word, Excel and Windows
* Prior customer support and/or sales experience preferred
Full-time on-site and possible home based/telecommuting positions (2nd and 3rd Shift). You must be available for 6 weeks of on-site training.
