JOB OPENING

Title: Customer Relationship Manager

We are a small but quickly growing Scottsdale-based internet company who is looking for a highly motivated individual to work from home as our Customer Relationship Manager. In essence, you will primarily be answering customer questions via phone and email. However, you will also be asked to complete other important tasks for our business. You will do all of this from the comfort of your home for four hours per day Monday – Friday. We are looking for a hard-working, self-motivated, & responsible person that we can trust to work from home and communicate with our customers.

Your duties will include:
- E-mail responses directly to customers answering their questions
o Information on tracking their package
o Pre-purchase questions such as “How long will my package take to arrive?”
o Basic questions about our products
o You will provide links and other information to customers

- Product Knowledge
o You will be trained on and expected to become familiar with all of our products, websites and our easy online software
o You will be expected to communicate with customers and answer questions based upon your product knowledge.

- Answer phone calls from customers
o We will provide a Vonage phone and phone line
o Required to take name and number of caller for questions you don’t know an answer to
o Return phone calls from prospective customers

- Maintain “Live Chat” on our website
o During your daily hours you will be available to instantly chat with customers on our website

- You may be asked to do other administrative tasks
o Refunding customers
o Occasionally mailing invoices or other documents
o Calling prospective and existing customers to check in on them

Time Commitment:
- 4 hours per day; 20 hours per week
- Monday – Friday
- 1:00 PM to 5 PM – You must be available between these times every day without exception

Requirements:
- You will be required to work from home
- Your home is required to be within a 20-minute drive of Old Town Scottsdale
- You will be provided a work laptop to use for work-only activities
- You will be required to have an existing broadband internet connection such as Cable or DSL
- You will need to be able to speak fluent English

Recommended:
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Sales experience a big plus
- Bookkeeping experience – Quickbooks

Compensation:
- Starting pay: $10 / hr
- Possible raise after 30 days: +2 / hr = $12 / hr
