DUTIES include but are not limited to;
Successful applicant will be responsible for providing pre-sale and post-sale service to customers by phone. Will also act as liaison between customers and manufacturing, sales, technical support and financial services to resolve status, production, delivery & billing inquiries as well as processing customer returns and exchanges. Will trace orders with carriers to locate lost or stolen packages, call customers regarding lost shipments, refused orders and claims filing as well as handle all other customer services issues as they arise.

This is a remote position working from home.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- Customer service experience required.

- Must have good telephone skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, good organizational skills and knowledge of computer and software application.

- ***Dependable attendance is a requirement of the job***

- Must be able to work any day, any shift.
