[Company], a world leader in the recruitment of Aerospace Engineering Professionals, is currently seeking a Courseware Developer (CBT) for our Aerospace client based out of St. Louis, MO.

Initial work will be full-time, in office, moving to TELECOMMUTE / VIRTUAL as experience increases. This is a 9-12 month contract opportunity, available for immediate employment.

This effort will entail the conversion of aviation training, courseware material, from Authorware to a Flash-based environment.

*  Proven abilities to work in a production environment and meet tight deadlines.
*  First-time quality is an expectation.
*  Must be able to work independently with little or no immediate supervision.
*  Must be able to work in an office environment full-time, and then be able migrate towards a telecommuting/virtual environment.
*  Must be available at all times during normal business hours of, as a minimum, 8am-3pm and adhere to all company policies.
*  Must be experienced and seasoned in both Flash and XML object-oriented programming languages.
* Photoshop and/or other graphics manipulation experience is also desired.  Exposure to Authorware is a plus, however not mandatory.
