Corporate paralegal – contract (Downtown Oakland/virtual)

We are a small, mostly virtual law firm specializing in socially responsible, environmentally sustainable business, primarily start ups and early stage companies. We are looking for a paralegal with experience in business transactions including
* State securities compliance and filings
* Federal securities filings including electronic filings of Form D
* Stock certificates and ledgers
* Other business filings
* Maintenance of files and minute books
This person would work for us on an occasional as-needed basis as an independent contractor.
