Contract Web Developer (los gatos) [CA]

We are a relatively small company relying 100% on the Internet for our automated systems. We have more projects than we can possibly complete and are looking for a Web developer to work as a contractor to help us with some of these projects and to upgrade existing systems.

Our systems are in Javascript, CSS, Ajax, PHP, PostgreSQL.

Job Desctiption:

Initially -
1) Code enhancements to existing functions;
2) Develop standardized front-end editing routines;
3) Help “setrengthen” the front-end

Longer term -
1) Develop complete applications

Job Requirements:

Experienced client side developer, emphasis on Javascript and CSS
Rudimentary PHP knowledge
Experience with Adobe CS3, 4 or 5 a plus

Will work partially onsite (Santa Cruz Mountains) initially to gain familiarization with our systems.

The assignment is initially open ended and may lead to long term
