Project Description:
Inside Sales Associate
Provide additional capacity to our Inside Sales Department
Initial follow up to inbound leads generated from Webinars, Trade Shows, Site visits etc. Qualify Interest, provide information including Web meetings, rfi responses etc. to potential customers using resources as needed.
Goal is to develop to Sales Qualified Lead (10%) for transition to field sales and pipeline (lucky ducks) all others to be incubated and re-contacted regularly by email, phone etc.
Manage lead registration, assignment, tracking and incubation via salesforce.com
Required skills:
3+ years successful inside and/or field sales experience with Enterprise Software in the US market
Experience with Salesforce.com, scripting, cold calling and use of technology for time management.
Experience successfully working from home
Excellent written and oral communication skills a must, professional demeanor required
Exposure to the integration/security appliance market a definite asset
Knowledge of Web Services and Cloud Security software marketplace an asset
Good knowledge of Salesforce.com required
Ability to learn new technology quickly required

An agile thinker with a good knowledge of sales fundamentals is more important to me than situational knowledge, as long as you can demonstrate the ability to acquire situational knowledge quickly
