Description
:
Primarily responsible for coding inpatient  and outpatient accounts according to ICD-9 and CPT guidelines.  Also participates actively in the daily review of charts using the SMART review guidelines as outlined by the [Company] coding guidelines and policies.

Qualifications
:
REQUIREMENTS:  Certified Coding Specialist, Registered Health Information Administrator or Registered Health Information Technologist.
