Clothing Comparison shopping website (Hamilton, ON)

I’m looking to make a niche comparison shopping website for clothing retailers, grid like search results, graphical search filters similar to milo.com, pricegrabber.com, shopping.com, etc.
I want to include major online clothing retailers, and listings from Ebay!

KEY CHANGES- I want the comparison shopping to be social with facebook, twitter integration – widget boxes, like/tweet option, review options

I want my home page to have a “mall” floor plan (clickable multi-colored images like a mall directory, with legend) to divide the categories of the website

I would prefer a developer from Canada, but I am open. I am based in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
