We are located in Palo Alto – but will consider partial telecommuting for this role.

What you will be doing:
- Define the visual design & interaction design patterns for the site
- Maintain the interface library for re-usable UI elements
- Create exciting elements to increase member engagement

What you need:
- 3+ years of experience as an information architect, interaction designer, or experience designer.
- Experience implementing and leading the full process of user-centered design within an application development life cycle – not just web pages.
- Comfort with complex interfaces, taxonomies and metadata frameworks, and templates for content management systems.
- Demonstrated success in the creation of design documents, wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and mock-ups that communicate functional behavior and acceptance criteria.
