Campaign Coordinator Needed (Chicagoland)

Fast-growing direct marketing firm is seeking an intelligent, detail-oriented, quick learner to help with coordination of direct marketing and advertising campaigns. As Campaign Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing processes and systems for direct mail, list fulfillment, and lead generation campaigns. The Campaign Coordinator will be a liaison between clients, internal sales representatives, and service providers including mail houses, data processors, lead generation partners, media companies, ad agencies, and list providers. The Campaign Coordinator is responsible for managing the client setup/onboarding, mail and list order processes including contract sign offs, proofing, list seeding, gathering postal receipts, mail seeds, and uploading them to an internal data repository. Additionally, the Campaign Coordinator will be charged with monitoring campaigns and pulling and distributing client response and conversion reports through various lead/call tracking and recording systems.

College degree preferred, but not a requirement. At least three years of previous direct marketing experience is required. Must have excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and reporting software a plus (SPSS, SAS, Cognos, etc.) You will be a 1099 contractor initially and will not have benefits. Could lead to full-time employment with benefits. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills.
