Hello,

I hope you’re doing well today. For 10 years I have led a small web design and development company based in San Francisco that I would now like to expand into a full service agency. As president, I have worn all hats from marketing and client acquisition to coding, etc. but as many of you know, doing everything leaves time to do nothing. At the outset of this expansion, I will bring together a team of contractors with focused skill sets to create a core unit that can provide the full scope of web, design, development and marketing services to current and future customers. I will select at least one contractor for each of the services we provide and empower you to manage and grow that area of the business while I concentrate fully on marketing, client acquisition and project management. Compensation will be based on a project by project basis, with each member of the team getting a split of the up front and back end client payments. We also have ongoing website maintenance work that will be delegated to the appropriate contractor based on need, with commensurate compensation. I will start this agency in San Francisco but my goal is to quickly expand the model to other cities.
