CAD Design in VectorWorks 12.5+ (Manhattan Beach) [CA]

CAD input work to develop a site model for an existing orphanage. Site is sloping 3 1/2 acres south of Ensenada with multiple buildings. Currently serves about 50 children. We are expanding (100 children). The only utility to site is power. We have our own mechanical, water and sewage systems. We anticipate a large PV solar project, expanding the vocational center (partially built), a dental and office building (almost complete) and a farm produce operation on-site are part of what we have underway. Project is led by AIA LEED architect and general building engineers. Must use Vector Works 12.5+ be skilled at 3D site presentation modeling and work from your home or office. I have the site plan and grades in 2D in VectorWorks 12.5.3. May require one trip to Ensenada to view site. The orphanage is being supported by several SoCal faith based and community service groups. We have funding to complete a 3D model. Tell me how much experience you, show me some examples and tell me your rate. Not entry level.
