Bookkeeper (Eagle Point) [OR]

Independant bookkeeper/Executive Assistant wanted for a family office. Part time: approximately 20 hours a week. Some work from home. Office is located on a ranch in Eagle Point 40 minutes from Medford [OR]. No benefits.

Candidate must have knowledge of the financial services industry. Experience with sophisticated financial investment bookkeeping. Client is an accredited investor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Quickbooks, Quicken.

Duties will include:
Reconciliation of bond and stock management report with bank statements.
Maintain weekly/monthly cash flow reports.
Bookkeeping and personal bill paying.
Liason with CPA and Banks on all finances.
All personal and business expenses.
Some bookkeeping for managed Trusts.

Candidate would preferably be an independant contractor. Please send cover letter, resume, references, and compensation requirements.
