Associate Director Training

Associate Director Training- Opportunity to Telecommute!

Responsibilities:
* Develops, translates and executes training strategies that support functional/operational objectives
* Directs others to resolve highly complex or unusual business problems
* Drives training programs that impact markets of customers and consumers.
* Ability to work autonomously to identify issues, craft action plans, and implement changes to positively impact business function
* Ability to promote cross-functional teamwork and fact based decision making
* Ability to lead, develop and coach a team
* Ability to track and trend data, identify opportunities for improvement and communicate out effectiveness
* Ability to identify training opportunities and deficiencies and work closely with training team to implement & evaluate
* Experience with identification of training efficiencies to enhance training operations, reduce operating costs, and standardize best practices across the organization
* Problem solving skills; the ability to systematically analyze problems, draw relevant conclusions and devise appropriate courses of action
* Ensures team compliance with all regulatory requirements
* Able to lead others from remote locations
Qualifications:
* BSN with Masters Degree preferred, but not required
* 5+ years of overall experience with training and project management
* 1+ years management/supervisory experience required.
* Medicaid CM and/or UM experience preferred
* RN preferred
