Affiliate Marketing Manager (Any)

Affiliate Manager Position
We are looking for a person to manage our affiliate program, either full or part-time. This is a salary plus bonus-based position. Telecommuting is acceptable.

Affiliate Manager Responsibilities
*Daily affiliate management including ongoing development and deployment
of new campaigns and creatives, affiliate communications such as eNewsletters,
directories, blog posts, offers, affiliate payments, and dispute resolutions.
* Day-to-Day management of offers and affiliates.
*Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement,
and recommend ways to increase affiliate conversions..
*Recruit new affiliates and strategic partners.
*Oversee the development and distribution of marketing tools and
creatives to affiliates.
*Establish channels of communication to ensure that all affiliates partners have access to marketing tools and to develop custom marketing material as required.
*Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonus offers.
*Pixel placement and testing
*Manage affiliate program to recruit new affiliates and increase performance from existing affiliates through new or revised programs (including negotiation of affiliate partnerships, launch support, conversion tracking etc.)
*Take on a variety of ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements
*At least 2-4 years of experience with affiliate and search marketing
*Prior job experience with affiliate networks (CJ,Hydra,Copeac,Clickbooth, etc)
*Prior job experience in Home Improvement lead generation is a plus but not necessary *Post Affiliate Pro, Dreamweaver, Photoshop and HTML knowledge is also a plus

Compensation
Salary package will depend upon experience. Compensation will be a salary + bonus arrangement. This is a 1099 contractor position. We are located in Palm Beach County, Florida. Telecommuting is acceptable.
