Administrative Coordinator (Contract) (financial district) [San Francisco, CA]

Our client, located in San Francisco, is looking for administrative assistance to support a busy corporate events department. This position is a temporary position to start immediately. Hours are fairly flexible and would start at approximately 20-25 hours per week and will quickly increase to closer to 40 hours per week by April. Job responsibilities will require candidate to work in client’s office two to three times per week with the remaining hours being worked at home.

Duties will primarily involve providing financial support: Helping reconcile corporate credit card charges for the team, assistance with processing expense reports and managing the PO process/invoices. Additional projects may include organizing departmental communications plan, gathering data for mailing and/or emails and managing portable exhibit property orders and other misc. project support.

The right candidate should have the following qualities and qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment with a hard-working team, some who work from remote locations, and are always on the go
- Ability to function autonomously
- High level of accuracy, efficiency and professionalism in and communications and tasks
- Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient with MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Previous experience creating or managing expense reports, invoices, etc. a big plus
- Previous experience working in a corporate office environment a must.

Hourly rate is TBD based on experience but will range from $20-25/hour..
