We have an immediate opening for a talented, responsible and honest person to work for the owner of several small businesses that needs support with a variety of technical, office and administrative duties.

Independent Administrative Assistant – Work from home:

Description:
This is a contract position with almost unlimited opportunities for growth for the right person. This person will provide a significant support, technical, marketing and creative role that will enable our businesses and their related products and services to reach our target clientele. Develop and maintain branded marketing that will allow our message to become familiar with people. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical aptitude for internet technology, social media, basic understanding of SEO, Photoshop and Microsoft Office. A graphic arts or web design experience is helpful but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have a clean, verifiable work history, great references and will successfully demonstrate their competence and ability to perform the outlined responsibilities. The right candidate will likely find this position can develop into a long-term, very rewarding opportunity. Over 80% of the work will be from your own home and you set your own hours. This person should have good availability between the hours of 7:00 PM and 9:30 PM for training and communication via internet web meetings. We are offering $10/hour and you will be working directly for the company President on a large variety of assigned tasks. You can expect to work 20-30 hours per week and perhaps more initially.

Primary Responsibilities & Skill Sets:
• Manage client database (propriety software managed online)
• Keep site updated with current, local events
• Enter client promotional page information into our proprietary software database
• Write Meta Tags, descriptions and Keywords
• Use Photoshop to edit Client images (very basic editing only)
• Provide SEO functions including creating social networking accounts and providing routine updates and information
• Develop company blogs and provide routine updates
• Work with Clients to establish web links back to our sites
• Provide administrative support including development of new company documents using WORD, EXCEL and POWER POINT

Qualifications:
• Excellent written and oral communication skills is a must
• Strong background in all MS Office applications
• Strong background in Internet navigation and experience with Facebook, YouTube, WordPress, and other social media/video/blog sites is helpful
• Experience with Photoshop and access to this software on your own computer is a plus (minor photo editing is all that will be necessary)
• Graphic Design, SEO, Social Media Marketing experience is a plus
• Most of the training is conducted online via GoToMeeting, making it is necessary that you have long distance telephone service included in your monthly plan.
