Administrative Assistant – Bilingual English / Italian (Work from Home)
U.S subsidiary of large Italian manufacturer of design housewares/giftwares is seeking an Administrative and Sales Assistant who speaks English and Italian.
Company has been successfully working in the U.S for a year now with a Sales Office and Logistics already in place in the U.S
Administrative Duties

Work closely with the CFO in Italy and his assistant to help reconcile bank accounts and credit card payments.
Use company intranet to post sales/financial entries.
Assist CFO in any administrative related enquiries.
Sales Duties
=================================
Support U.S Sales Office with order tracking/tracing.
Coordinate with Sales Office, Logistics and client to make sure orders and shipments are handled properly and timely.
Occasionally, book orders, accept payments using web based credit card application.
Keep track of payments for orders placed and shipped, match orders with payments received [advance payments and final payments]
Skills

Proficient with the MS Office package.
SUPER proficient navigating in internet, using email, using Google/Yahoo/Bing and Skype. In general, highly friendly/joyous relationship with the computer and the internet.
Need to be precise and dependable to be able to grow more independent as you gain experience.
JOB INFO

This is a full time position; 8 hours a day; 5 days a week.
For the first 3 months you will be working out of the Sales Office in Brooklyn [Marcy Ave. subway stop; JMZ lines]
After that, you will be working from home.
You MUST have a broadband internet connection.
The company will supply computer, fax/printer, supplies [paper, toner, telephone, voice mail system etc.] and will open a dedicated Skype telephone number.
After the first 3 months on the job, you will be asked to visit the parent company in Italy for a week to familiarize with people/product/procedures.
Salary is $3200/month plus $200/month forfeit expense reimbursement.
