Need Help with Access Database (north beach / telegraph hill) [SF, CA]

We have a customer transaction database in Microsoft Access 2003 with no documentation and several problems. It may or may not be limited to tangled relations, redundant tables, just plain wrong coding, and a few needed reports. We need someone to start working with our onsite manager as early as next week to discover and solve problems. Offsite work possible after initial meeting(s).
